The wrap-around blanket design delivers uniform, outside-in heating for caged, plastic, or metal Intermediate Bulk Containers—speeding the movement of slow or viscous contents such as honey, molasses, syrups, lube oils, resins, and more while avoiding contamination or scorching.

• Full coverage, plug-and-play system fits common tote footprints from 40" x 40" (1016mm x 1016mm) to 48" x 48" (1219mm x 1219mm)
• Two separate heat zones (top and bottom) to fine-tune output as content levels change
• Adjustable thermostat: 50–160oF (10–71oC)* for versatile process heating
• Built-in manual reset high-limit safety thermostat set at 195oF (91oC) for each zone
• Silicone-impregnated cloth facing and liner with 1/4" (6mm) fiberglass insulation for efficient heat retention
• “Mouse-hole” spigot access maintains insulation while allowing flow control
• Patented ground for safety; meets NEC 427.23
• Simple, secure attachment using adjustable nylon straps with buckles (two across the top and three around the tank)
