Built around a durable steel tank with a 2-1/2" NPT pipe body and 1" NPT inlet and outlet, it ensures smooth flow, easy integration, and dependable heat transfer for liquids such as liquid paraffin and medium weight oil.

Key components are selected for longevity and safety: a T304 stainless steel 2-1/2" NPT screw plug resists corrosion, while Incoloy sheath heating elements provide excellent thermal stability and a balanced watt density of 16 watts/in2 (2.5 watts/cm2) to protect fluids and extend element life. The NEMA 1 terminal housing offers straightforward electrical access in protected indoor environments, helping streamline installation and maintenance.

Multiple power and voltage options are available in 3-phase configurations to match system requirements, with thoughtfully sized assemblies that support efficient footprint planning. Dimensional options include A lengths of 34-3/8", 44-3/8", and 56-7/8" with corresponding B dimensions of 22-1/2", 32-1/2", and 45" for flexible fitment in skid packages, mechanical rooms, and retrofit projects.
