Constructed for demanding environments, the heater combines a tear-resistant TPU/PVC-laminated exterior with a woven Dupont Nomex inner liner, silicone-insulated heating element, 1/4" felted Nomex insulation, and 1/8" felted acrylic insulation for superior heat retention. UV- and abrasion-resistant Dabond 2000 Thread, heat-sealed construction, and quick-release straps ensure a secure, long-lasting fit. A 10' rubberized, insulated power cord provides convenient reach.

The Weather-Proof Digital Temperature Control System puts accuracy at your fingertips. Set and lock the temperature, view process values on a clear LCD, and choose Celsius or Fahrenheit. Housed in a NEMA 4X enclosure with an internal PTC sensor, the controller maintains stable temperatures in changing conditions. Standard units reach up to 165°F, with available high-temperature models up to 212°F.
