Built with a T304 stainless steel rectangular sheath, they feature a helically wound resistance coil threaded through premium ceramic insulators for even watt distribution and long service life. All internal voids are densely packed with high-purity magnesium oxide to maximize thermal conductivity and dielectric strength.

Installation Guidance

For surface mounting, Channel Strip Heaters must be securely clamped along their entire length to a smooth metal surface to ensure proper heat transfer and prevent hot spots. When mounted using tabs, firmly secure the terminal end; keep the opposite end free to allow for thermal expansion.
