GBE0 Series Band Heater

Mica band heaters deliver fast, efficient, and uniform heat transfer for cylinders, barrels, dies, and similar applications. Built around a thin mica core with a precisely wound Nichrome element, heat is quickly transferred to the working surface for rapid heat-up and responsive control. The core is encased in a continuous, corrosion‑resistant metal sheath and formed with closed ends to protect against contamination. Maximum sheath temperature is 800°F.
