Engineered for reliable, responsive heat in demanding applications, these mica nozzle band heaters deliver fast heat-up, excellent thermal recovery, and long service life. A precisely wound Nichrome element embedded in a thin mica core transfers heat efficiently to the working surface, while the continuous corrosion‑resistant sheath and closed-end design help prevent contamination and extend durability. Maximum sheath temperature is 800°F.
