Description

Keep your electrical and control enclosures protected from condensation, humidity, and freezing with a durable silicone rubber enclosure heater with integrated thermostat. Built for easy installation and safe operation, these rectangular wire-wound heaters are vulcanized to an aluminum mounting plate with pre-drilled holes for reliable, secure mounting.

Wattage options: 60W or 120W
Integrated thermostat options:
- On at 40°F, off at 60°F (ideal for condensation and freeze protection)
- On at 110°F, off at 140°F (ideal for elevated temperature maintenance)
Mounting centers available to fit common enclosure layouts

Recommended installation is at the bottom of the enclosure, mounted vertically. Use the built-in thermostat or pair with a remote-mounted thermostat to control maximum temperature and conserve energy. If using a remote thermostat, mount the heater on the bottom of the enclosure and the thermostat near the middle for accurate sensing.
