Efficiently warm pails, bags, and palletized materials with this rugged, easy-access heated enclosure. Designed with a pallet-friendly footprint and a lower profile for faster loading and safer handling, it streamlines temperature conditioning for adhesives, coatings, resins, food ingredients, and other bulk materials.

Assembly is fast and secure thanks to a sturdy 1” piping frame and hand-tightened junctions. The heavy-duty cover features durable, water-proof, tear-resistant materials and upgraded insulation for superior heat retention, energy efficiency, and consistent results in demanding environments.

Construction

• Frame constructed of 1” OD piping – easy to assemble/disassemble corner pieces provided
• Silicone insulated heating element
• TPU laminated nylon – water-proof & tear resistant
• Felted acrylic insulation
• NOW with Heavy Insulation standard!!! – 1” thick expanded polyester insulation bonded with FSK facing
• Dabond 2000 thread – UV and abrasion resistant
• Grommets along the top edge for secure attachment to the frame
• Nylon webbing straps and buckles to draw the heater snug
• Temperature control via digital microprocessor
• Rubberized insulated 10′ power cord
