This induction heater uses a single induction coil to directly heat the wall of steel drums via an alternating magnetic field. Unlike conventional radiant elements, there is no inefficient heat transfer path—energy is delivered straight to the drum wall for faster warm-up and consistent temperature control. With no exposed hot elements, the heater itself remains cooler than the drum being heated, enhancing safety in hazardous areas. The design has no long-term service requirements, minimizing downtime and maintenance costs.

Ideal for process heating, viscosity reduction, deicing, and maintaining product flow, this solution delivers uniform, controlled heat with excellent energy efficiency. The compact footprint simplifies handling and storage, while the option to pair two units provides rapid, full-height heating when needed.
