We are committed to your satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with a purchase we will do our best to make it good;

1. If the item is a stock item at Gordo Sales you can return it within 30 days. If it is in new and resalable condition we will issue a refund less the shipping and handling costs, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee.

2. If the item is not stocked by Gordo but is a stock item with a manufacture we are bound by the manufactures policy but will do all we can to get them to accept it back.

3. If the item is a made to order item it can not be returned unless it was an error on our part.
There are some instances where there might be a re-stocking fee, such as if the item is not in its original box or the box might be damaged or to cover credit card processing fees.

You must contact us and we will issue a return authorization before returning anything.
